Peter is like hundreds of other homeless people that live in and around the City of Manhattan; well almost like them.  In Peter’s case his personal relationship with God gives him more purpose than most.
   Using drugs to help him communicate with God, Peter eagerly passes on what he learns to anyone that will listen.  Finally at 8:47 AM September 11, Peter's prayers are answered.
